What We Believe
1. The Bible is God’s verbally inspired written Word.
2. One God exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, was virgin-born, crucified, buried, resurrected, and ascended. He intercedes for us.
4. Everyone has sinned, and repentance is necessary for forgiveness.
5. Salvation and new birth come through faith in Christ’s blood.
6. Sanctification follows new birth, through Christ’s blood, Scripture, and the Spirit.
7. Holiness is God’s standard for His people.
8. Baptism in the Holy Spirit follows a cleansed heart.
9. Speaking in tongues, as the Spirit enables, initially evidences Spirit baptism.
10. Water baptism by immersion follows repentance, in the name of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
11. Divine healing is provided through Christ’s atonement.
12. Communion and washing believers’ feet are practiced.
13. Jesus will return before His thousand-year reign, gathering His saints and then reigning on earth.
14. Bodily resurrection leads to eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the wicked.
The Unconditional Love of God the Father
We believe in God’s unending and unconditional love. — John 3:16; 1 John 3:1.
The Exclusivity of Jesus Christ
Salvation is found only in Jesus Christ. His sacrifice paid for humanity’s sins, and He is the only way to the Father. — John 14:6.
The Identity of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is God revealed in the flesh. — John 1:1, 14.
The Word of God
The Bible is God’s Word, without error, guiding our lives, faith, and ministry. — Psalm 18:30.
The Resurrection of Jesus Christ
Jesus rose bodily from the dead, confirming His identity, message, and power. — John 20:24–29.
The Fullness of Jesus Christ
We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and in Jesus as Savior, Healer, Deliverer, and Baptizer in the Holy Spirit. He continues His work through His Spirit. — John 14:12; Acts 10:38; Mark 1:8; Hebrews 13:8; Colossians 2:9–10.
The Power of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit teaches, guides, and empowers us. — John 14:26; Zechariah 4:6.
The Temple of the Holy Spirit
We believe our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit and belong to God. — 1 Corinthians 6:19.
The Unconditional Love of God the Father
